What is VitalSales Suite?

VitalSales Suite is a web based suite of quoting and research tools desiged to assist insurance agents with researching and reccommending the best possible Term, UL, and Annuity products for their clients. Agents need to simply enter their clients demographic information such as Age/Birthdate, State of residence, up to 4 desired simultaneous face amount(s) and/or risk classes, and can choose from a wide variety of products. With the simple click of a button, multiple quotes are generated in just a few seconds. It is simple, quick and with the use of a web enabled tablet, or cell phone, VitalSales Suite can be portable.

What Tools are included in VitalSales Suite?

VitalQuote is the industry's leading Term and Guaranteed UL comparison and quoting system. VitalQuote offers an extensive database of Term and UL products that can each be included in a single quote. In addition, agents can generate quotes for up to 4 different face amounts and risk classes simultaneously, and in a matter of a few seconds. With VitalQuote, you can simply enter your clients age or date of birth, state of residence, desired death benefit, and risk class. VitalQuote also has a built in class determination system that help identify the best class available based on the insured's build, tobacco usage, personal and family health histories, and a variety of other risk based questions. The benefit is that after choosing from an extensive list of products available, with the simple click of a button, VitalQuote will quickly return to-the-penny premiums for all of the desired products. The quote results can then appear on a single page, or in report form for comparison.

VitalLTC a quoting tool that provides agents with the ability to determine Long Term Care premiums based on a variety of LTC related criteria. This criteria includes, benefit amount, inflation protection, elimination period, home care needs, and a variety of other features. Product premiums and features for both single, and joint accounts can then be easily compared across products.

VitalSigns is a research tool providing insights into the health of insurance companies. This information is based on the current ratings and financial data as defined by a number of ratings agencies such as S&P, Moody's, Fitch, and others. VitalSigns also provides our proprietary Comdex ranking for each insurance company. This invaluable information allows agents to recommend products to their clients based on the health of the insurance company.

VitalAnnuity is a research tool helping agents and financial planners with finding the best available Fixed, Indexed, and RILA Annuity products for their clients. Using information such as initial contributins, surrender periods, whether or not the annuity is quialifed, and a unique client interview outline, agents can quickly sort through rates and a number of other options to find the best possible policy for their clients.

FitalForms is a forms repository containing application, supplimental, and tele-app forms that can be searched by line of business. FitalForms offers forms for a large number of insurance companies and are contiually updated to ensure they are current and up-to-date.

User Access

How do I get access to VitalSales Suite?

Access to VitalSales Suite is available via an annual subcripion and can be setup for individual use, or for your group. Please contact sales.vitalsalessuite@zinnia.com for assistance with getting your access setup.

I get a "Login Failed" error when I type in my user name and password.

Passwords are case sensitive. Please be sure you are using the correct case when entering your password. If you do not remember your password, please refer to the FAQ for "I forgot my user name or password".

I forgot my user name or password.

If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to reset it by clicking on the "Reset Password" tab located in the upper right hand corner of the main VitalSales Suite page. Enter you user name and click on the reset button. A new temporary password will be sent to the email address listed on your user account. If you have forgotten your user name, please either contact your group administrator for assistance, or you can email support.vitalsalessuite@zinnia.com for assistance.

I am locked out of my user account.

If you are locked out of your user account it is most likely caused by too many incorrect attempts to get logged in. For security reasons, VitalSales Suite will automatically lock your account after more than 3 failed attempts are encountered. When this happens, you will need to try again after an hour has passed, or contact Support.VitalSalesSuite@Zinnia.com to have your account unlocked.

System Requirements

What are the system requirements for VitalSales Suite?

VitalSales Suite is a completely web based system. All you will need is a connection to the internet and a current browser such as Microsoft Edge or Chrome.

Will VitalSales Suite work on the Safari browser?

VitalSales Suite has not been tested on the Safari browser and is therefore not supported.

How long will my subscription last?

How do I renew my subscription to VitalSales Suite?

We will automatically email a reminder to you about a month before your subscription expires. This email will include the necessary instructions for renewing your subscription.
